The Department of Theatre is housed within the Division of Fine Arts. The aim of the Theatre Department program is to provide a foundation in theatre during the first two years of study and then to allow the student to emphasize performance theatre, design/technical theatre, or theatre licensure for the remaining two years of study. The coursework is integrated with the production work to provide a better understanding of the many facets of the theatre. Minors in Theatre and Dance are also offered.
