17th annual Jim Locke Golf Tournament sponsored by The Circle of Pride
at the recently renovated Bryan Park Players Course was a resounding success!
Greensboro
College President Dr. Craven Williams welcomed retired golf coach Jim Locke,
Honorary Chairman PAt Danahy and his wife, Mary Carol, Athletic Director
Kim Strable, and more than 110 registered golfers.
The
money raised from the tournament directly benefits all of the student-athletes
on our 16 Greensboro College NCAA Division III teams, cheerleaders, and
athletic trainers. In addition, the funds raised from the friends of the
Danahy's will be used to create the new Hall of Fame display in the Pride
Conference Room.
