Quentin Caldwell led GC in rushing with 67 yards. >>> Wide receiver Ricky Moore had a TD reception. >>> Dwight Revels wreaks havoc after getting in the Builder offensive backfield. >>> A crowd of 1179 watched the Builder and Pride at Jamieson Stadium. Senior Ricky Tattersall led  The Pride with  14 tackles. GC held the Builders to 16 total yards. >>> Sophomore QB Justin Roberson directed GC to a win in his first collegiate start. <<< Cortney Gunter garnered his second career interception..... <<< ....And his first touchdown on the same play!           >>> Senior Erik Naglee punted 6 times for a 41-yard average. He also placed a punt that was downed at the 1-yard line and booted 2 field goals. <<< The GC offense up the middle: Center Eddie Hernandez, QB Roberson and RB Marc Clapp. <<< Head Coach Neal Mithcell likes what he saw: GC's first opening day win in 3 years and The Pride's second-ever shut out. >>> The GC cheerleading squad also showed good form on opening day. >>> Roberson and Offensive Coordinator Robert Koy confer as Mitchell and GC student-athletes look on.
