-Football Offensive Player of the Week
Justin Roberson, Greensboro - The junior quarterback from Hertford, NC led the Pride to a 24-19 upset over 30th ranked Shenandoah. He completed 14 of 27 passes for 161 yards and three touchdowns. Roberson rushed for an additional 15 yards. Of his three touchdowns, two came in the fourth quarter as GC overcame a 19-10 deficit to win. This was the Pride's first ever win over a ranked opponent.
-Women's Soccer Player of the Week
Keri Wells, Greensboro - The junior goalkeeper from Greensboro, NC kept the Pride competitive this week as they racked up a tie and a loss. GC tied Maryville, 1-1, and lost to Christopher Newport, 4-0. Wells played 200 minutes in goal and recorded 12 saves in the two games.
-Volleyball Player of the Week
Katie Smith, Greensboro- The junior from Colfax, NC was instrumental in the Pride going 2-0 this week. Over the course of six games, she averaged 4.17 kills, 1.12 serving aces and 2.17 digs. She hit .370 in the 3-0 wins over Meredith and Peace.

Corey Eadie, Greensboro- The freshman wide receiver from St. Stephens, SC played a key role in the Pride upsetting 30th ranked Shenandoah, 24-19. He caught 10 passes for 94 yards and a touchdown. This was GC's first ever win over a ranked opponent.
-Men's Soccer Rookie of the Week
Zack Peacock, Greensboro - The freshman midfielder from Raleigh, NC was instrumental in the Pride picking up a tie and a loss against two regionally ranked teams this week. Peacock scored GC's lone goal in a 1-1 double overtime tie with Christopher Newport. The Pride also lost to Bridgewater, 1-0.
-Volleyball Rookie of the Week
Lakeshia Judd, Greensboro - The freshman outside hitter from Garner, NC played a key role in the Pride picking up two wins this week. She led GC in hitting while defeating both Meredith and Peace, 3-0. Over the course of six games, she averaged 2.17 kills and hit .393.
