Two Greensboro College student athletes earned honors from the USA South for their performances last week. The Pride honorees were:

Men's Soccer Player of the Week
         
Michael Smith -- The senior from Wellington, NZ has been the leader of the Pride defense all year.  He was instrumental in securing a 1-0 win over Guilford and a 6-0 victory over Chowan.  He also scored two goals in the Chowan win.  

Women's Soccer Rookie of the Week
      
Stephanie Keough -- The freshman from Magnolia, DE recorded a goal and an assist in the Pride's 8-0 win over Ferrum.  She also had two goals and an assist in a 3-2 overtime victory over Sewanee.  She scored the game-tying goal with one second left in regulation then assisted on the winning goal in overtime.
