Men's Soccer Ranked 10th in Nation; Pride Women Keep 7th Slot in South

The Greensboro College men's soccer
team is ranked tenth in the nation, according to the latest NSCAA poll.
GC moved up one spot from last week's rankings.
The Pride (9-1-2) is unbeaten in
its last five matches. GC, also ranked 2nd in the region, hosts Hampden-Sydney
on Thursday at 4 p.m. at Pride Field. On Saturday, GC and CNU meet--in
a battle for first place in the USA South--at Macpherson Stadium at 7 p.m.
On the women's side, GC (8-2-2) maintained
its placed as the seventh rated team in the region. The Pride also hosts
CNU in another battle for first place in the conference. Kickoff is 1 p.m.
on Saturday at Pride Field.
