Greensboro College's Bucky
Stevens has been named USA South Athletic Conference men's soccer
player-of-the-Week. A junior from Richmond, Va., he recorded one goal and
one assist in both Pride victories at the prestigious Roanoke Tournament.
Greensboro defeated Ohio Northern 2-1 and Olivet 4-1.
The Pride (2-0) hosts the Spevco Pride Classic at
Macpherson Stadium at Bryan Park this weekend. GC is ranked 7th in the
nation and first in the South Region.
