GC 15, Randolph Macon 14, overtime

Ashland, Va. - Brian Leppert scored an extra-man goal with 2:15 left in overtime as Greensboro College beat Randolph Macon, 15-14, in a non-conference men's lacrosse game on Saturday. 

Leppert's tally (assisted by Tim Ryan) capped a tenacious Pride rally. GC trailed 14-8 entering the 4th quarter and outscored the home team 6-0 in the final period of regulation. 

GC's Nick Harness scored from Rob Frisby to even the score at 14 with 1:47 left in regulation. Corey Reina faced 41 shots and recorded a season-high 21 saves.

Matt Perry scored 4 goals to led the GC offense. Other GC scoring: Harness 2-3; Frisby 1-3; Ronnie Chase 3-0; Leppert 1-2; Ryan 1-1; Mike DePersia 1-0; Steve Turza 1-0; Justin Severson 1-0; Chris Gramm 0-1; Jim McMahon 0-1.
