Averett 1-6, GC 0-4  

The Pride out hit the Cougars in both games but Averett swept the doubleheader.  

Jamie Pittman allowed just three hits in the first game, but GC lost, 1-0.  Frances Constantino went 3-4 with a stolen base to lead The Pride. Whitney Williams was 1-3 with a double. GC stranded 8 runners. 

In the nightcap, Whitney Williams started but Jamie Pittman took the loss in a 6-4 contest. Frances Constantino went 4-4 with 4 runs scored. Jamie Pittman was 2-4 with 2 doubles and 3 RBI. Jennifer Simms went 2-2 with 2 doubles and 1 RBI.
