GREENSBORO COLLEGE NAMES THERESA
WALKER
Theresa Walker has been named assistant softball coach at Greensboro College, announced Pride Athletics Director Kim Strable. Walker earned her major of therapeutic recreation from Temple University in 2003. As as a player for the Owls, she played center field. Prior to that, Walker attended and played softball at South Carolina State University. She earned 1st team Onnidan All-American honors from 1997-99 as a utility player. Walker was invited to the '98 USA Olympic Team trials. A native of Phoenixville, PA., she attended Phoenixville Area High School where she played softball, field hockey, and basketball. Walker lives in Greensboro, NC. --PRIDE--
