Arriving from the East (I-40):
Take the I-40 east to the 440 Outer Beltway. Exit the 540 to Capital Blvd. north (to Wake Forest). After traveling approximately 1.5 miles on Capital Blvd., take a right on Buffaloe Rd. Travel about two miles on Buffaloe Rd. and The Buffaloe Creek Athletic complex is on the right side.

Arriving from the Northeast/Hwy. 64 (Newport News, Rocky Mount):
Take highway 64 to the 540 Outer Beltway. Exit the 540 to Capital Blvd. north (to Wake Forest). After traveling approximately 1.5 miles on Capital Blvd., take a right on Buffaloe Rd. Travel about two miles on Buffaloe Rd. and The Buffaloe Creek Athletic complex is on the right side.
