	Frances Constantino

Frances Constantino (Burnsville, NC/Mountain Heritage), a senior outfielder for the Greensboro College Softball Team, was named to the CoSIDA South Region softball first team. 

Constantino--a native of Burnsville, N.C. and graduate of Mountain Heritage High School--batted .400 and set a single-season record with 25 stolen in 2005. Constantino earned All-USA South Conference first team recognition last month. 

A psychology major, Constantino carries a 3.66 grade point average. She's made the Dean's List every semester at GC and is a member of the Psi Chi psychology honors society. 

The Pride finished the season 24-14. GC set a program record for wins and finished second in the USA South regular season. 

As a first team honoree, Constantino moves onto CoSIDA national team consideration. She earned CoSDIA regional second team honors in 2003 and '04.
