Corey Holton Corey Holton enters her second season with the PRIDE as the first assistant. On campus, Corey works in the Office of Disability Services and acts as an Assistant Manager at the Royce Reynolds Recreation Center. A former player at Elmira College, Corey captained her team for two of her four seasons helping them to multiple post season appearances. Corey graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a BA in Psychology. She was an active member of the community coaching the U-12 Soaring Captial girls team and tutoring at local high schools. Upon graduation, Corey spent a year with the Eastern College Athletic Conference as the Communications Assistant, where she had the opportunity to organize both Division II and II soccer championships, as well as a Division I Soccer Jamboree. Corey, originally from Wilmington, Vermont now resides in Greensboro.
Michaela Amidon Michaela Amidon is now entering her 4th Year as assistant coach at Greensboro College. A 4 Year Starter at Elon University, Michaela earned many honors and was also a former assistant coach at both Elon University and Guilford College. She is currently a staff member for the Carolina Dynamo Professional team and is also a Certified Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach. Michaela working primarily with Strength, conditioning and nutritional aspects of the the Greensboro College Women’s Soccer Team.
Kristen McGuire Kristen McGuire is in her first season as a member of the GC coaching staff. No stranger to Pride soccer, she was four-year goalkeeper for the program. McGuire was a USA South second team pick as a senior and was a member two USA South champion teams. A 2006 Greensboro College graduate, she is goalkeeper for the Guilford United Soccer Club.
Jill Sparrow Now entering her second year at Greensboro College, Jill is the teams Certified Athletic Trainer and works primarily with treatment and rehabilitation.
