Jennifer Dollyhigh scored a game-high 29 points to lead hot-shooting Methodist over homestanding Greensboro College, 70-55, at Hanes Gym on Wednesday.

Dollyhigh made 12-16 shots and paced a Monarch team that shot 53 percent (26-49). The Pride shot 36 percent but still had three players that scored in double figures. Christina Daniels tallied 13 points (three 3-pointers) and DaVenna Brown and Ruthanne Clark  scored 10 each. Brown snatched a game-high 9 rebounds for GC.

The game was the USA South opener for both squads. MC led at halftime, 39-21.
