You will gain knowledge of the sport, leadership, loyalty, sportsmanship, and team play. My personal goal is to create an atmosphere that teaches you discipline and teaches you how to have a strong character that is to be admired. Also, I want to teach my players to be a student of the game not just a player of the game. Daily motivation is extremely important. I have a sincere excitement and enthusiasm in the development of you as an individual, as well as a player. I believe that good, individual habits will carry over into good habits on the basketball court. A common goal that everyone has in life is to achieve and succeed. Success can be achieved through organization, preparation, discipline, and hard work. I expect these qualities of myself as well as the people around me. You must love the game of basketball. You will need to prove that through daily practice. My approach in practice is organizing drills so that each player is busy and not standing around. Each drill contains a purpose that will lead to game preparation and game situations. I strongly believe that each individual should have at least one thing in life for which they are passionate. I LOVE THE GAME OF BASKETBALL! It is one of the things in life that I feel extremely passionate about. I enjoy coaching; for me it is the best and most rewarding profession in the world. --Coaching philosophy stems from
