Raleigh, N.C. -- Tia Saunders scored 21 points and had 16 rebounds to lead Peace College over Greensboro College (15-6, 9-2), 79-48, in a USA South Conference game on Thursday night. Saunders was 9-16 from the field.

The loss halted The Pride's seven-game winning streak. Kim Enoch led the Greensboro cause with 10 points and 18 rebounds. Ruthanne Clark also tallied 10 for the visitors.

GC out-rebounded the Pacers 58-48. Peace, however, out-shot The Pride 41 (30-72) to 24-percent (19-78) from the field. The Pacers led 31-24 at halftime.
