Cross-Town Showdown:
The Pride beat Guilford for the first time since 1993,
9-6. Greensboro broke a six-game
losing streak with the victory.
Lorin Smith, Greensboro's
leading scorer, had four goals and one assist.
Millie James and Jessica
Hemelt added two scores each for GC. Stephanie
Schaeffer had 15 saves
in the goal, and picked up her second victory of the
season.
The contest was moved to Guilford
due to poor field conditions at GC.
