Head Coach

MIKE LACKEMACHER

Former Greensboro College standout men’s lacrosse player Mike Lackemacher returned to Greensboro College in 1999...this time as head coach.

Lackemacher played for the school from 1994-96, helping the team to a 12-4 record in 1995--its finest season in school history. Lackemacher tallied 41 goals and 43 assists for The Pride and sits fourth on the all-time career scoring list.

Lackemacher took over for Stephanie Carter, who coached the program to a 2-7 record during its fourth year of varsity competition last season. He is the third head coach in the history of the program. Steve Allison led the team from 1993-97 before Carter took over in 1998.

An assistant coach with the women’s team in 1998, Lackemacher received a bachelor’s degree in physical education from Greensboro College in May of 1996.
