Greensboro, NC -- On a cold spring day, Greensboro College didn't play with the fire necessary to beat visiting Oswego State at Pride Field on Sunday.The Lakers out shot GC 26-6 and controlled possession most of the game en route to a 12-2 win . 

Once again, Greensboro's best player was goaltender Stephanie Schaeffer. She recorded 14 saves on the day. GC's second half goals were scored Lorin Smith and Erin Howard. 

Oswego State got hat tricks from Kelly Filipkowski and Kathryn Stead. The Lakers improved to 2-0 on the season
