The Pride swept another doubleheader--its third DH sweep of the season--and stretched its winning streak to 9 games. The 9-game winning streak is the second longest in Pride history (The 1996 team won 12 straight games). Additionally the 9-1 start is the best in program history. 

GC 12, Randolph Macon 3 

Larry Lockhart went 2-3 with 1 run and 2 3 RBI. Brent Justice was 1-3 with 1 run and 2 RBI. Zach Tacelli and Brent Cole both doubled. Kevin Mong was the winning pitcher. He threw 5 innings, allowed 1 run, struck out 5 and walked none.  
 

GC 7, Randolph Macon 0 

Erik Kutz pinched a complete game shutout and earned his second win of the year. He pitched 7 innings, allowed 5 hits, and fanned and walked 3.  

At the plate, Brent Justice was 2-3 with 1 run and 1 RBI. Larry Lockhart went 2-4 with 1 double and 2 RBI. Kevin Mong went 2-3 with, 2 runs, 1 double, and 1 RBI. Kris Wiggins was 2-4 with 1 RBI.  Jeremy Morrison, Zach Tacelli and Jeremy Egan all doubled. Morrison extended his hitting streak to 10 games with a 2-bagger in his last at-bat.
