Two Greensboro College student athletes won USA South weekly awards presented by the conference office. The Pride honorees were:

USA South Women's Tennis Player of the Week
      
Kate Creasy, Greensboro - The Mechanicsville, VA junior went undefeated as the Pride went 2-0 this week.  She was 2-0 at both number three singles and number one doubles.  The Pride defeated Ferrum 5-4 and Shaw 7-2.  
 

USA South Baseball Rookie Pitcher of the Week

Chatham Bray, Greensboro - The Dumfries, VA freshman pitched a complete game in a 5-4 win over Shenandoah.  He gave up eight hits and three runs while striking out seven batters.  He is 5-1 on the year.
