The Bishops scored in the bottom of the 9th to defeat GC, 2-1. Starter AnDrew Keever pitched 8 2/3 innings for GC. Chad Alligood went 2-4 with 1 RBI at the plate for The Pride. 

Game 2: NCWC 11, GC 5 

In the nightcap, NCWC won 11-5. Jeremy Morrison went 2-3 with 2 doubles and 2 RBI. Larry Lockhart was 2-3 with a home run, 2 runs and 3 RBI. Brent Cole was 2-4 with 1 run. Starter Erik Kutz took the loss for GC.
