NCWC 15, GC 13 

The Pride lost a slugfest, 15-13, in Rocky Mount on Sunday. With the win, NC Wesleyan swept the 3-game series. 

GC took a 6-0 lead in the top half of the 1st inning but could not hold off the Bishops. Jeff Pothoven took the loss for GC. He was one of 5 Pride pitchers. 

A number of Pride hitters had big days: Brent Justice 3-5 with 2 RBI; Larry Lockhart 2-4 with 2 doubles and 2 runs; Zach Tacelli 2-4 with 2 runs and 1 RBI; Brent Cole and Jeremy Egan homored for the green and white.
